I ordered a pattie & chips to eat inside and the assistant explained food to eaten inside had to be "freshly cooked" (indicating food to take away was NOT freshly cooked ) so would be 10 minutes. Great, I waited 10 minutes and my order arrived. The fish in the patty was grey, the batter was burnt and the chips were 'warmed up leftovers'. I didn't complain as I thought it would be pointless after listening to two female assistants chatting & the person who served me "boasting" about they way she had deflected a complaint from a party of 3 adults and 5 children - and so was relieved they hadn't asked for a refund - Her exact words were "They didn't ask for their money back, so they didn't get it"!!
As I was ill for 24 hours after eating my order, ( although I separated most of the fish and left it on the side of the plate ) I will not be returning & would definitely NOT recommend this establishment to anyone else.March 18, 2017 - 5 / 5By Bernie SmithBest fish and chips I had for ages good potions as well freshly cookedNovember 16, 2016
